This is the same paper Rhodia has built its reputation on. It's 90gsm ivory vellum, acid-free and pH neutral, smooth enough that fountain pens glide rather than catch, and sturdy enough that most inks won't feather or bleed through. If you already write with a fountain pen daily, you'll notice the difference from the first page.
The cover is faux leather over a hardback binding, with rounded corners and an embossed Rhodia logo. An elastic closure keeps the diary shut in a bag, and a ribbon marker means you're never hunting for the current week. There's an inner pocket at the back for cards, receipts, or a spare note, and the A6 size (105 x 148 mm) is compact enough to carry daily without adding bulk.
