Midori Yuru Log Stamp - Frames

Midori Yuru-Log Frame Pattern Stamp Set

A small set of stamps that turns the simple act of dating a diary entry into part of the ritual. This set from Midori's Yuru Log range includes four self-inking stamps in soft pink, purple, blue and green, each printing a different decorative frame you can use to mark the date on a diary or notebook page. Press lightly and the stamp does the rest, leaving a clean, even impression without needing a separate ink pad.

The four frame designs are meant to sit around a date, so if you keep a daily diary, stamping the date first gives each entry a consistent, considered look before you've written a word. They pair naturally with Midori's other Yuru Log notebooks and stickers, but work just as well with any notebook or planner you already use.

Each stamp is built around a cork core, which gives a small amount of give when you press down. It's a simple detail, but it means less strain on your fingers if you're stamping dates regularly over weeks or months. The clear plastic case doubles as a cap for the stamp face, keeping ink off your hands and bag, and the whole set is roughly the size of a single name seal case, so it travels well in a pencil case or bag pocket.

Each colour is rated for approximately 200 impressions. When a stamp starts running dry, it can be topped up with Midori's separately sold refill ink for this range, rather than replacing the whole stamp.

Set includes

  • 4 self-inking stamps, one frame design per colour (pink, purple, blue, green)
  • Clear storage case with built-in cap

Specifications

  • Stamp body size: 20 x 20 x 15 mm (each)
  • Stamp body: PS resin with cork
  • Stamp face: PE, oil-based pigment ink (black)
  • Approximately 200 impressions per colour
  • Refill ink sold separately

Using and caring for your stamps

  • Test each stamp a few times on scrap paper before using it in your diary
  • Press gently and evenly; pressing too hard can cause the ink to bleed and the lines to thicken
  • The ink is oil-based, so if you want to write or colour over a stamped impression, use a water-based pen rather than an oil-based one to avoid smudging or discolouration over time
  • Drying time and sharpness can vary depending on the paper you're stamping on
  • Keep the case lid closed when not in use to stop the ink drying out
  • Avoid rubbing the stamp face with fingers or anything sharp, as this can damage it
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat, including hot cars in summer
  • Cork is a natural material, so slight variation in appearance between stamps is normal, not a fault
  • Oil-based ink can mark fabric, so take care around clothing

Please note

This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years old, as the small parts present a choking hazard. If ink comes into contact with eyes or mouth, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention.
